$100 Table Sponsor Name appears on sponsored table and you may place brochures or business cards next to your donated item
Wetumpka Area Chamber of Commerce Drawdown Rules
The event will be held on May 23rd, 2017 at the Wetumpka Civic Center from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
We are selling up to 300 numbered tickets for $100 each. The grand prizewinner is the last number pulled. The grand prize and other cash prizes will consist of up to ½ of the eligible cash pool from ticket sales up to $10,000.00. Additional proceeds will go to operations of the Chamber Innovation Center, benefiting business and economic development in the Wetumpka Area.
Each ticket holder will enjoy a wonderful steak meal catered by Dan Bradshaw and two beverages. A cash bar will be available. Dinner only tickets are available at $25.00 per person. A silent auction of donated and consigned items will also be occurring during the drawdown.
There is no limit to the number of tickets any one person can buy. Every 25th ticket drawn will be a prizewinner. Must be 21 to collect money or prizes.
A Second Chance Opportunity to win a large prize may be offered before and during the drawing at the discretion of the Chamber.
Grand prize ticket holder does NOT have to be present to win the grand prize. Ticket holder must be present and have ticket to win other give-a-ways and prizes. Ticket holder must be present to split grand prize unless prior to the event the ticket holder has signed a form agreeing to the split.
No one can represent the ticket holder to collect grand prize except in extreme circumstances (military duty, hospitalization) and situation must be verified before release of money.
Tickets are numbered, non-transferable and non-refundable. Once a number has been drawn, the corresponding numbered ticket is no longer in contention for remaining money or prizes, except in the event a Second Chance Opportunity is offered.

Winners are responsible for paying all taxes regarding any prizes awarded. Due to postal regulations we cannot mail tickets.
