SMI Advertising is a full-service advertising agency headed by its CEO, Larry Stevens. Larry was an air talent and managed Y-102 and later MIX 103 for a total of twenty-eight years. In 1996 Larry formed The Larry Stevens Agency, which later became SMI (Stevens McKemey Ingram) Advertising when his daughter (Andrea Ingram) joined him as a partner in the company. The company began with one client, Montgomery Paint & Body, and today includes some of the best-known businesses in Central Alabama, including Adams Drugs, Caffco, Southern Homes & Gardens, Kyser Fine Home Furnishing, Crosby Electric, The Alabama National Fair and many others. We represent our clients and advise them on spending their marketing budget, as well as creating radio, TV, and print advertising for them. In addition to traditional media, SMI handles all digital marketing needs as well. Now more than ever, a business must be visible online to potential customers searching for their goods and services. How a business reaches its core customer has changed dramatically over the last twenty years, and SMI is on the cutting age when it comes to the latest technology.
