Our mission is to empower businesses in Elmore County through strategic networking, support, and advocacy. As ambassadors of the business community, we strive to cultivate authentic connections, promote collaboration, and champion the growth and prosperity of our members. With unwavering dedication, we serve as a bridge between the Chamber staff and our membership, actively promoting the Chamber and its programs. By building genuine relationships, we inspire participation, retention, and a sense of belonging, driving the collective success of our businesses and the betterment of our entire community.
Purpose & Overview
The Wetumpka Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Program is designed to foster member engagement and promote the objectives of the Chamber within the local community.
The purpose of the Ambassador Program is to create a network of dedicated individuals who serve as advocates for the Chamber and its members. Ambassadors act as liaisons between the Chamber and its member businesses, helping to build relationships, promote events, and facilitate communication.
By participating in the Ambassador Program, individuals have the opportunity to actively contribute to the success of the Chamber and its members. The program encourages ambassadors to engage with member businesses and support their initiatives, ultimately fostering a thriving business community.

Becoming An Ambassador
To become a Chamber Ambassador for the Wetumpka Area Chamber of Commerce, you’ll need to fill out the application and attach with it a letter from your supervisor or business owner approving you to represent your organization as an Ambassador. Once completed, submit the application following the instructions provided on the form or by contacting the Chamber.
We encourage you to thoroughly read through our program outline before filling out the application. Having a clear understanding of the role and expectations of the Ambassadors program will help you when signing up.
After submitting, the board of directors or a designated committee will evaluate your suitability for the role. If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation from the Chamber, which will include further instructions.
